Mr. Mbala’s main responsibility is to provide good governance and ensure that Trinitas and its entire team operate ethically and with integrity, adhere to engineering standards and state laws on engineering projects.

This includes managing potential risks (social, environmental, reputational, or financial) and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.

Mrs Mbala is responsible for managing the image and reputation of Trinitas Consulting Engineers. With her team, she shapes the public and our Clients' opinions through various communication channels, including our website, social media, press coverage and more. With the Director for Engineering Services, she prepares and carries out PR and marketing campaigns and strategies.

The Director for HR and Finance will recruit, support and develop talent through policies and managing procedures. They will be responsible for administrative tasks and contribute to making the company a better place to work. They will be responsible for the distribution of the financial resources of the company, for the budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
