About the Role
Trinitas Consulting Engineers is seeking a qualified and dedicated Resident Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day site activities on a key infrastructure project based in Omaruru. The successful candidate will serve as the principal site representative, ensuring that construction activities align with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and solid technical understanding of civil engineering works.
You will work closely with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes and resolve any on-site issues efficiently. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully to community infrastructure while gaining valuable field experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision or site engineering.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and quality standards.
Ability to lead site teams and manage contractor relationships effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
Registered with ECNÂ
Resident of Omaruru or willing to relocate for the duration of the project.
Valid driver’s license
